The science of ergonomics is a science that provides harmony between work and human, environment and human, hardware and human, system and human, human and human. It is used to examine the effect of the works done in workplaces on human health in terms of physical and psychological. Ergonomics studies are used to increase productivity and to reach a healthier and risk-free working environment in all work places where human interaction is attained. New danger and risk groups arise with the increase in occupational accidents and occupational diseases that employees are exposed to due to industrialization. These problems are not given too much importance is preventing businesses to operate in a safe manner. When evaluated in terms of both the company and the employees, there are financial and moral losses because of these danger and risk groups[1]. In this study, an ergonomic risk analysis study was performed in the factory in Konya Province and the suitability of the working environment for workers who work in there was tested by measuring with ergonomic measurements tools from the university’s laboratory. According to results, ergonomic risk level of factory has been determined and risks are eliminated as possible. Improvements have been tried to be made as a result of the study.
