Sigorta kutusu her araçta bulunan, aracın içerisindeki tüm elektrik-elektronik aksamın korunumunu sağlayan bir parçadır. Sigorta kutusundaki sigortalar bağlantılı oldukları kablolardan geçen akımın belli bir değerin üstüne çıkmasını engelleyerek devre elemanlarının ve devreyle bağlantısı bulunan komponentlerin zarar görmesini engeller. Sigorta kutularındaki sigortalar üretim esnasında herhangi bir makine kullanılmaksızın elle sigorta kutusuna yerleştirilmektedir. Sigorta kutusundaki dizilim bu işi yapan kişinin dikkat yeteneğine bağlı olduğu için yanlışlıklar meydana gelebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, sigortaların sigorta kutusundaki dizilim kontrolünü sağlanmak istenilmiştir. Sigortaların görüntü sınıflandırılması evrişimsel sinir ağı (CNN) kullanılarak Keras ile yapılmış olunup, sınıflandırma başarısı %99 civarında olduğu gösterilmektedir.
Abstract:
The fuse box is a part of every vehicle that provides protection of all electrical and electronic components in the vehicle. The fuses in the fuse box prevent the current passing through the cables they are connected to from exceeding a certain value and prevent damage to the circuit elements and components connected with the circuit. Fuses in the fuse boxes are placed in the fuse box manually without using any machine during production. Inaccuracies may occur because the sequence in the fuse box depends on the attention skill of the person doing this work. In this study, it is aimed to control the sequence in the fuse box of fuses. Image classification of the fuses has been made with Keras using convolutional neural network (CNN) and the classification success is shown to be around 99%.
