DESIGN OF THE HIGH FREQUENCY MAGNETIC INDUCTORS FOR THE CLADDING OPERATION IN THE MAGNETIC FIELD
 
Inductors have a great value during the cladding operation in the magnetic field. In the article have been analyzed application field of the inductors, their affective properties during the cladding in the magnetic field and on the basis of these were designed the new inductors and their connections. The designed inductors, their different connecting sketches, inductors with epoxide plate, ferrite with different shapes, different inductor connection has been designed to have the efficient and relevant influences on the treated material. The efficiency of the proposed inductor constructions and their connection schemes is theoretically substantiated and the advantages of their application in the high-frequency magnetic field are noted. The proposed inductor forms and connection schemes of counter-inductors will reduce the instability of the molten metal fluid by creating conditions for the regular distribution of the magnetic field in the molten material. In addition, the magnetic field created by the inductor will be collected in the welding bath, not in the base material. Through the applying of the new inductors in industry can be increase the productivity and accuracy of the operations. The new constructions can be applied to the researching and treating of the materials in high frequency magnetic field to increase the quality and efficiency of the processes.
