DETERMINATION OF AN ALGORITHM OF CALIBRATION STRATEGIES FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION DIESEL ENGINES
 
Nowadays, diesel engine calibration processes are highly important not only for companies but also for environment. For design side of kind of engines, development stage of in-dynamometer calibration phases are also taking too much effort for companies due to strict performance and emission requirements. At this stage, to the reach the target of requirements, engineers doing their hard work to find exact parameters on dozens of maps and variables. This paramaters effects on how diesel engine can work on different conditions on roads depending on users requirements. Also with quality of optimization and calibration, also resudal gasses from exhaust of engine can effect directly. In this calibration if engineers want to improve fuel economy, mostly NOx emission will increase dramatically. For that reason, engineers are spending a lot of effort on the engine test bench. Considering high costs of this kind of testing facilities of engine test bench, this kind of simulation softwares can reduce cost and time efficiently Thus, in this study with a new combustion calculation software, we will ofer a new method for determination of calibration parameters to help engineers to reduce optimization time for this kind of calibration studies. At the same time, a software will calculate the engine performance parameters and other software tool can do a optimization for calculated parameters. ORCID NO: 0000-0002-7400-5678
