Abkant pres makineleri, metal sacların bükülerek kalıcı olarak yani plastik şekillendirilmesi işini yapar. Metal saclarda endüstriyel anlamda büküm ihtiyacı, bir çok durumda diğer üretim yöntemlerine kıyasla daha ucuz ve hızlı olabilmesinden gelmektedir. Günümüzde görüntü işleme teknolojilerinin maliyetlerinin düşmesi ile beraber abkant presler için geliştirilen motorlu DAM (Durma Açı Ölçüm) sistemi de bu maliyet ve hız kazancının yanında büküm açısı doğruluğuna bağlı olarak kalite için harcanan zamanı en aza indirmektedir. Proje kapsamında belirlenen konsept doğrultusunda mühendislik hesaplamaları yapılarak, tasarım için Solidworks, yazılım için VisualStudio programlarından yararlanarak modeller oluşturulmuştur. Bu modellere göre prototip imalatı yapılarak belirlenen kontrol kriterlerine göre testleri yapılmıştır.
ABSTRACT
Press brake machines do the job of bending metal sheets to permanently shape them, ie plastic. The need for industrial bending in metal sheets comes from the fact that in many cases it can be cheaper and faster than other production methods. Today, with the decrease in the costs of image processing technologies, the motorized DAM (Stop Angle Measurement) system developed for press brakes also minimizes the time spent for quality depending on the bending angle accuracy as well as this cost and speed gain. Engineering calculations were made in line with the concept determined within the scope of the project, and models were created using Solidworks for design and Visual Studio programs for software. Prototypes were manufactured according to these models and tested according to the determined control criteria.
