In some of industries plastic sheets is not suitable to use due to their stability, tissue, surface coating, formability and so on. In this circumstances the sheet is produced by wood-sawdust filled polypropylene material solves this kind of problems. It is mainly used in automotive industry. It is totally recyclable, green and safe. Besides of other properties tensile strength and elongation under force are very important features. By using this results decision is developed to use which material. In this study, tensile strength and elongation tests of polypropylene material and wood-sawdust filled polypropylene in single layer and double layers were performed in the laboratory of H.P. Pelzer Pimsa Company, which produces automotive parts. Target of this study is to get an experimental result for proper material selection in terms of tensile forces. At the same time by learning the elongation of these materials in the face of this type of forces to create information about the extent to which the differences will be. Four of each material were tested and the test result, which shows the value of the median, is presented visually and used in the table. Comparisons were made. As a result of the study, it was found that polypropylene material has tensile strength three times more than compared to wood sawdust-filled polypropylene material filled with wood sawdust. It has been observed that the wood sawdust-filled polypropylene material is approximately half-lengthen compared to the polypropylene material.
